The 2 SNS XLs I picked up to run in my 26 and my Ranch have been my favorite purchases of the year. More and more my 22 sits by and watches me fire up the 26.

I’d have to say the Weber kettle I picked up for $60 new. I had what I called a wonder kettle, Masterbuilt, that was $30 and did well but.....it wasn’t a Weber I’ve enjoyed doing the different cooks I’ve done on it.

Second would be the Farm House skillet by Smithey I got this month. I’ve only used it twice, so it doesn’t beat out the Weber yet, but man is it great to cook on! Second cook was fired eggs and they slipped around like they were on a backyard slip and slide!

The Weber Kettle really is a nice cooker. Crazy how simple yet good that design is.

Well, mine’s a tie. It would be my custom fabricated offset, or the Gator Pit jet burner high BTU stand.

If I had a custom fabricated pit of any configuration, I can't imagine anything challenging that for favorite new cooking thing.

Dewesq55 it’s too early for me to say it’s changed my life. BBQ is better! But, I simply haven’t had it for enough time yet!

The jet burner is pretty freaking sweet though. I’ve used that a few times more than the offset.

I bought my first gas grill. It was a close-out Weber Genesis. I bought it because of the sale, which was tremendous. I have only used it 4 times without any success. I don't know if it is due to my learning ability, switching to gas, or the model. I read Max's review after and found it was Weber's only real mistake. I am really thinking about selling it and starting anew.

This makes me sad. You are obviously an excellent and skilled cook. I'm sorry your gas grill isn't living up to your expectations or skill level.

Give it a couple more runs at it. It probably is not a monstrous "mistake" that you refer to. We both know by now the cookee can overcome any cooker. Do it! 🕶

My SnS that’s getting delivered on Wednesday. I’m really looking forward to learning how to smoke/cook with it.

Bought a Smobot for my Primo on recommendations from Henrik and EdF Really like it, especially for long or overnight cooks. Also added a Vortex to up my chicken game. Lastly, I've been really loving the 12" Smithey CI which came as a gift. That thing is amazing!

Picked up a PBC last summer. I’m loving the extra capacity over my 22” kettle, the even temps, and it basically being set and forget.

With the move and the broken leg I didn't get anything BBQ related this year, but then I have a short list of just a Santa Maria and a griddle. This year I just used the KBQ and the PK. Come to think of it, the only food preparation item I got this year was an apple press. I suppose my AR membership is now up for revocation!

Bobmcgahan No, just that I had them prior to 2019, nothing new for 'cue this year. Not even charcoal as I have an ample supply of that, as long as the roof doesn't leak!

I'm very jealous of KBQ owners. I'd love to own one but I just don't think I have the patience to feed it logs for 13 hours. I have to restrain myself from buying the PK.

I bought a BBQ Jet - it’s like a loft lighter for chimney starters. Works with all starters. I absolutely love it! Lights charcoal-briquettes in minutes!

This sounds like something I need. I cook on gas during the week because the charcoal takes to long to start

The thing is it was real cheap, and I gotta say it delivers. I keep using it more and more, specifically 'cause it lights up those briquettes in no time. I say go get one!

Where do you purchase the BBQ Jet. I tried to look online, it looks like it's from a Scandinavian company? Is it 220V? Here in the USA, we're 110 V wimps.
