Replaced my Calphalon elite skillets. So far love them!

Used it tonight. Diced a tater, an onion, 5 Thai chili's, and sautéed them with spg in an olives fart worth of oil. Plopped in a tortilla with leftover grilled chicken breast and topped with Sriracha and iceberg. Wiped it out to clean it up. Spotless

Backyard Jambo, T1000 Woodmaster, MAK 2 star, 14" & 22" WSM, 2x 22" Weber Kettle, Stoven, Hot Box Grill, Hasty Bake Ranger, RecTeq Bullseye, GMG Davy Crockett; Original Grilla and others I'm not remembering!
I think pans are like knives, you only have too many when you've got no storage space for acquisitions! My favorite pans are ScanPan nonstick. Got a set of 5 different sized pans for Christmas several years ago. I baby these things! No metal utensils, only hand wash and gently wipe dry. They have their own space in the pan cupboard under the cook top. After checking on price today I'm glad I've taken good care of them.

I picked up the ScanPan bistro a couple years ago when looking for something non-stick for the family to make eggs (I’m good with stainless, but the wife and kids wanted something easier).
It’s become a favorite of mine as well. The rounded sides give it wok-like characteristics. I find myself using it to reheat leftovers on a daily bases.
