Here are a couple of dutch oven specific recipe sites I've come across. A little dated, but might give you some ideas.

Obviously you won't be setting this in charcoal and piling it on the lid, but maybe you can find some meal ideas there. I use my Lodge for stews, chili, soup, boiling stuff, deep frying, big messes of queso, in the kitchen and on the grill. Can you do that stuff in a crock pot? Sure. I prefer the dutch oven though, and you can bake some awesome stuff in a dutch oven.
