Join us on Facebook or YouTube LIVE this Wednesday 3/30 at 7:30 p.m. CST / 8:30 Eastern for Meathead's Fireside Chat with Chef & Pitmaster Ray Sheehan.

For this month’s Fireside Chat we are honored to have the formidable chef and pitmaster Ray Sheehan. He is the author of two books “Award Winning BBQ Sauces and How to Use Them”, and “Big Green Egg Basics from a Master Barbecuer” and is now a contributor to AmazingRibs.com. His barbecue sauces have won numerous awards and can be found in stores nationwide.

We will talk about barbecue sauces, regional styles, and how to think about sauce beyond just following a recipe, getting into balance, structure, and how people can build a sauce that fits what they are cooking. And as always we will take your questions on any subject.

And by the way, Fireside Chats will always be the last Wednesday of each month, regardless of whether someone [not sure who] gets the date wrong.
