With a shared passion for delicious and flavorful BBQ, they wrote the cookbook "Pig Beach BBQ: Smoked, Grilled, Roasted and Sauced". With impressive fine dining backgrounds, the two friends left their high-end careers to pursue their true passion for BBQ. They officially opened Pig Beach BBQ in 2017, inspired by the pristine beach with feral pigs in the Bahamas, and have since become sought after experts in the BBQ world.
