    Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Lime Pinwheels

    Ingredients
    Directions
    On the stove, cook your finely chopped onions, peppers, and jalapenos and 1-2 teaspoons of Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning. You can also use Jallelujah Jalapeno for a little extra lime or to replace the fresh lime. Let those cook in your olive oil skillet until softened and zest with a lime.

    Then split your chicken breasts down the middle to create individual pieces. Take each section of chicken and add your onions, peppers, and jalapeno mixture to the chicken, along with your favorite cheese. Wrap them up and place them on a hot grill at 350 degrees. You want to turn them every few minutes until the internal temperature is around 160 degrees. Remember, that the heat process continues even when you take off. You are looking for a final temp to be around 165 degrees.

    Let the meat rest before serving.

      That sure looked like pork tenderloin Sterling was fileting open, not chicken breasts! I praise Jalleluja regularly and have given bottles as gifts. Good Stuff!
