    PitCast Episode 125 - The "panteracfh3" (Jim Campbell) Interview - September 20, 2018

panteracfh3 takes his turn on the hot seat this week...Jim Campbell is his name in real life and we get to learn everything about Jim and here where the live-fire cooking bug was caught. He also has a pretty cool LA story that he shares as well.

Jim!! Great work! Thanks for taking the time to do the interview.

METAL!!!! I am a huge metal fan, good to hear I am not the only one. Also a huge Metallica fan, especially the early stuff. Justice, Puppets and Ride the Lightning are simply amazing. (I was jsut blasting Ride the Lightning on my home from work last night.) I just saw them in Minneapolis, got front row on the rail. What a show that was.

Meals on the fly!!! I have three brothers and it was pretty much like that. What ever can get out quickest but usually just hotdogs, burgers, chicken etc.

Commission kick back? Do we have those? Hahaha.

Dogs are all you need, kids are over rated. It is much more fun to be the "fun uncle". LOL.

I think it's interesting where BBQ can take hold. When I think BBQ now I don't just think of the south. (although, I do wish they would get the memo in MN, but winter is tough.)

Brisket right out of the gates and you feed 50?!? "Thanks Hun!" Those can be stressful. I am cooking for about 60 today, but I know the KBQ and BGE very well. I would be mighty nervous to jump in on a hunt with an unproven rifle! Kudos for you for jumping in.

My BBQ celebrities would be Moe Cason, Tootsie and Rodney Scott. I love everything about their approach to BBQ. I would also love to meet several of the Pit Members. I have checked a few off my member list but there are so many more. Hopefully we can get the Meat-Up in the works here sometime soon!

Thanks again for taking the time Jim! We do appreciate it!
