In this episode the panel covers EVERYTHING that has to do with preparing, cooking and eating wings!! There is even a mention to turkey wings at the end. Thanks to Steve B , HouseHomey and Spinaker for making the time to do this round table. A LOT of great information was shared...so if your wing game is not on par....this will help!!

Great episode. I laughed and I learned. Thanks guys for sharing. I cooked wings for the first time ever about 6 months ago - on the kettle with vortex. It was such a hit that's it's now a regular Sunday night routine. I learned a lot of ways to improve my game now.

That is one of those episodes that needs a 2 or 3 parter. It was over too fast. HouseHomey I see that you are putting that OCD to work on your wings and other cooks and the results show it. I need to put mine to work on my cooks. Been more worried to get things done at a certain time instead of taking the time to do it right. I see that I need more wings in my life. We have our own homemade bbq sauce but I recently found Frank's Hot Sauce and it is terrific. Do you guys make a blue cheese dipping sauce? I don't fry mine mostly because we don't have a fryer and no side burner on my Blaze gasser. Thinking about getting that burner Spinaker was talking about.
Just another good episode. Thanks, Greg BBQCentralShow . (Gonna have to listen to this again and write down the processes of each.)
