In the world of BBQ they call him "The Legend". This past week, I was at the NBBQA covering the event and I was able to sit down with Mike Mills and take a look back at his career in live-fire. We learned about his interest from a young age, his denture business and how he grew into 17th Street BBQ. I hope you enjoy this one!!

I don't believe so, I just joined the pitmaster club two days ago. but there were lots of people I did not know that we sat at the same table throughout the day so it is possible. I was wearing a hardcore carnivore shirt

We didn't...I was in the broadcast room from 12-4pm...everyone had kind of left out because of the rain. Maybe next time!

i feel privileged to have met Mike and Amy. They are truly great people who care about and love the bbq community.

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
