        It's funny you say that. Growing up in Chicago by my birthday at the end of April, you could get a good wiff of spring in the air, maybe a light jacket in the morning. Down here by late April, we're already having 90 degree days. You all suffer now, we get it from June-Sept.

      Spinaker awesome job brother.
      I for one have given a thumbs up to sit in at the round table being one who runs a stick burner. Let’s see who else will anty up and join the discussion.

      Spinaker, John, (greg) Rempe, BBQCentralShow ❗️ Great Job Up to All The Hot Air Wasted On The MN Victims❓ Every Year, at the NDSU BBQBOOTCAMP I ask the Prof Emeritus Dr. Paul Burke in Charge of Seasonings and Rubs for Carnivoire Catering What He Recomends for Horse Meat❓ I Get No Civil Response That I Can Post Here❓❓ He Raises Horses❗️ A Bar We Used to Snowmobile to in Our Younger Days (Just South of Canada) on the East Side of the Int'l Peace Gardens, 1/2 in Manitoba and 1/2 in North Dakota used to Have a Wild Game Feed with BBQ'd Horse‼️ I don't Recall any Ill Effects from the Horse Meat❗️ But that Damned Whiskey and the Snow Mobile Nearly Did 😱 ‼️ We'll See You at the MNBBQSOCIETY Spring Training Session, Spin‼️

      Nice job brother! I'll try it once But I've had some gamey goat and I can't imaging horse being less Gamey? Just sayng. What next, fermented yack milk? Sure, why not? If snails, butter and garlic is good and so is fish roe, perhaps horse is the new thing?

      Ill eat the sucling king pig for you. No worries, I got your back😀

      Yes, you should sound like Huskee as you almost had no accent at all. Wow! How do we know that was really you? And when is fzxdoc going to be aired?

        I bet it tastes like beef, but it is just much leaner. I feel like Horse Meat Carne Asada would be particularly tasty.
