Chris! Thanks for taking the time to do the interview!
Erie, PA! Home of the Griswold Cast Iron foundry! Very Cool!! Are the remnants of the old foundry still visible?
That steelhead sounds good, minus the mercury. One or two a year? Yikes. good to hear things are better now.
I am going to be rebuilding my BGE table, this summer. it will be a fun project for me and the old man to tackle.
Great to hear that you are loving that Primo. I would like to have one of those. I would need to get rid of one of my Kamados to bring that one in. I am running out of space.
Pizza on the Kamado is amazing. Skip can crank out some great Pizza, EdF as well. And I know there are a few others too.
Simon and Garfunkel Rub! That stuff is great! I will need to look into the briner bucket. Here is the link, if anyone is curious.
As for the first national bank, The loaded Yoder is a good choice. That was on my list for a long time. I know Huskee loves his. I have seen them at my local dealer and they are beasts.
I am down for a Sweden Meat Up. I am sure Henrik would love to have us all in the Castle!
Thanks again for taking the time, brother! It was great to get to know you better.

BBQCentralShow , Greg is an absolute blast to work with. I've never done anything like this Podcast and he made it fun and with the magic of editing made me sound somewhat normal. Thanks so much for the opportunity, it was a lot of fun.
To anyone on the fence about doing an "interview", do it. Greg is great, good questions, and an all round pro.
Thanks to anyone who listened.
