I have been disposed for the last few weeks helping a buddy out so I have barely logged on to the Pit. What a great way to start my old routine her back up - listening to a Pitcast. This, like the rest, was a fantastic interview. FireMan , I hope your wife is feeling better soon. When you talked about having heart surgery and then Wok'ing I figured your doctor told you it was a great way to rehab the heart. I could envision you replying "Walking, Wok'ing? I'll chose the later!"
