Great show again, Greg! I won't be on the "Horse: It's what's for dinner bandwagon." Unless it was a case of life or death, of course, of course, i'd eat that horse.
Equine specialist who taught me in college and operated on horses and all that jazz ate BBQ'd horse. He said the BBQ sauce was hot and the beer was cold so no complaints.
I do know the chef of Jackie O once fed her horse, because he was ticked off about her use of ketchup on everything. She never new any difference in what she was eating due the taste killing quality of ketchup.
