I kind of fell into the catering side. My wife and I have a non-related retail store with daily classes that I was occasionally cooking for, when customers and friends started asking me to sell my food and favorite sauces/rubs/etc. One thing led to another and I have been cooking a few days a week and turned a corner of the store into a section with all of the above, gradually increasing my offerings. I pay $100 a month for a commercial kitchen space for licensing requirements so that I’m legal. I don’t have hot foods ready for consumption on the premises, just refrigerated dishes by the lb to take home. My selection of foods has been limited as I work out the best means of getting items on the table in a fashion that I’m happy with. This will give me the ability to grow even more. I also have wholesale accounts with several purveyors to provide a varied assortment of related products.

And yes, we love to throw parties, too!

          Awesome rig!

Curious how long it takes to get that Bad Larry up to temp.

            Thank you!

Looks like it took about 30 minutes to reach 200 on startup today. We were in the low 60s.

Much better than I thought. There is a lot of metal to heat.

Wow!! LSG measures up again. That thing looks larger than my large insulated cabinet model. Waiting for the first cook and first taste.
