    My new Slicer

    I recently received a generous gift card to Sur La Table from my mother in law, as a late birthday present. I've had a Victorinox slicer on my to-buy list for quite a while, but I decided to treat myself a little bit... Click image for larger version

    I've wanted a carbon steel knife for awhile, and now I have an heirloom-quality one! At least in my mind...bring on the briskets!

          Thanks! This is about as close as I'll get to an actual Kramer knife, and it's still pretty awesome. I keep day dreaming about slicing meats.
