Another Faux Cambro Idea

So many toys, so little time... I ran across this yesterday and thought it might work well as a faux Cambro. Large enough to hold a full chafing dish but a smaller size is also available. I currently use a Coleman Party Stacker with a towel in the bottom that works perfectly well but this one folds up for storage! ((sigh))

I recently purchased this cooler for my cambro after seeing another member was using one. It's a great size for my purposes. I even built a shelf for it in the outdoor kitchen.

Looks very interesting short term, Ideal for an apartment, or to save space.

Looks like it is all styrofoam? Seems like it could be a mess to sanitize if something leaks in it. I like the Coleman idea with the hard plastic.

True. That's why it's advertised as "Iceless" and shown with a hotel pan (not included). I use a Coleman Party Stacker with a foil pan for the same reason. it is also larger and folds down for storage which might appeal to some.

I had a styrofoam cooler I thought I would use for cambro instead of my usual couple of coolers I had been using. After the first use meat juice stained it so I threw it out and bought that Coleman cooler above.
