So many toys, so little time... I ran across this yesterday and thought it might work well as a faux Cambro. Large enough to hold a full chafing dish but a smaller size is also available. I currently use a Coleman Party Stacker with a towel in the bottom that works perfectly well but this one folds up for storage! ((sigh))

Looks like it is all styrofoam? Seems like it could be a mess to sanitize if something leaks in it. I like the Coleman idea with the hard plastic.
