To show what a noob I am..

I was doing spring cleaning, and moving my lawnmower bag(I never use it) to the top shelf of things never to be used that is in my garage. To my surprise, I found a Weber Rotisserie attachment for my 12 year old genesis. Still in the box, never been used. Now I have to learn how to use it, and get a pot big enough to brine.
I think this is the first time ever that I enjoyed spring cleaning.

Nice, I love rotisserie. BTW, If I were you I would just dry brine.

Did the dry brine on two chickens over the weekend.
Amazing. Thanks for the tip. Best chicken I have ever cooked.

Kind of like finding a forgotten $20 bill in the pocket of your winter coat the first time you wear it since last winter.

Funny how that happens to so many people. I found $12 this past winter when I first got my coat out and that was enough to make me happy.

What are you brining? I still prefer to wet brine chickens and pork loins & chops, although dry brining is easier.
