use the racks to move foot to and from the pit, put a sheet pan under it to keep from dripping when moving it around. also useful when frying chicken or fish (had fried fish, fries, hush puppies, cowboy beans, and slaw last night)

What a bunch of weirdos (with me at the head of the line). I had an excellent adventure today myself, went to Central Market’s meat counter and giggled like a kid on Christmas morning, "I’ll take one of those, two of those...oh yea and that one.." By the time I was done I had about $300 worth of meat in my cart. The wife just comes up and says what in the hell are you doing???

Yes it was a banner day, hey maybe there still time to go to Restaurant Supply...yes !!!

I made it out of the butcher with just 2 steaks and 3 jalapeno snsckin' sticks. Then we went for a pint up the road.

I didn't go nuts but definitely could have. My biggest purchase was this cutting board. I'm letting some mineral oil soak into now. I can't wait to start usng it.

My son-in-law is part owner in 2 local bars. One has a kitchen for bar food. He goes to Restaurant Depot for his supplies. As crazy as this sounds, he's offered list out stuff and he'll pick it up. I have not taken him up, Not sure if I could get in as I am not a member. That would most likely be more damaging.
