I'm currently scouring ze Internet for where to buy Umai dry age bags. Does anyone have any recommendations? They ain't exactly cheap, so I thought I'd ask here to see where y'all get yours from.

I believe that the product that is sold as umai dry aging bags in the US is known as Tublin dry aging bags in Europe. I read an article some time ago, so i may be recalling wrong, but I think the bags (both umai, tublin, and another name that I don't recall) are all manufactured in Denmark an sold under various names. May be that if you can find a source of tublin bags they may be more economical in your part of the world.
I love Kenji, but that article is quite old. And to think his foodsaver skills suck that bad! If he went through three whole Umai bags trying to seal that small roast, well... It just ain't that hard brother! Now on to my dedicated aging fridge I been meaning to finish!
