Spitjack meat injector leaking

I don't know if this is the right section to post this or not.......

I have a Spitjack meat injector and have used it twice. I used it yesterday and now when I draw up my liquid it slowly drips from the needle. Everything appears to be assembled correctly. O-rings appear to be in good shape. I know some injectors have a tension knob at the end of the plunger handle, but this one does not appear to have one. Any ideas?

Dripping while squeezing? Something is blocking the flow in the needle. Try another?
Dripping when loaded but not squeezing? Would think this is normal.

Not an expert by anyones standards but if it is leaking then it must have an air leak somewhere and losing some of the vacuum.

Plunger plug rubber dry? Might need a coat of vegetable oil?

Liquid drips out rapidly the needle after filling the syringe so there is definitely a sealing/vacuum issue somewhere. I know some injectors you can adjust the seal tension by twisting the knob end of the plunger handle. Not this one. The plunger O-ring doesn’t feel dry but I’ll try a little coat of veg oil. Thanks, fellas.
