If you want a dedicated meat grinder, well there are cheaper, but I am with texastweeter. LEM has some VERY fine machines. You can get a #5, or #8. I have a #12. You could go bigger...
Transform your meat processing with professional-grade meat grinders from LEM Products. Choose from a variety of electric meat grinders or tried-and-true manual grinders. We have the meat grinder that's right for you.

I recently purchased this Cabela's grinder. https://www.cabelas.com/product/CARN...5.uts?slotId=0
Could not be happier with it. IF I was to do it again I would have gotten their 1 HP unit for $100.00 more. I view them as a once in a life time purchase as they are that good. I looked at the LEM and it too is an awesome grinder, but the warranty for the Cabela's unit won the toss up. One suggestion I would make is don't go cheap or to small. You'll just be unhappy, it's that simple. Sure the cost may be hard to justify but if you use it you will find the value and ROI to be rather short.
One thing to note about the LEM and one of it's features that I found attractive was their big byte technology. I later found that the same auger LEM uses can be used on the Cabela's unit. I've got the link to that somewhere so if interested PM me and I'll look it up and forward along.
