    favorite/best accessories under 35$?

what is everyone's favorite or best most used tools or accessories under 35$ These 3 items I bought based on the reviews from this website and Meatheads reviews!

The oxo scissors are one of my favorites I especially like them for cutting my chicken wings apart and how easy they clean!

jecucolo Yessir. It's bigger than the pic lets on and works wonderful for briskets and other roasts, even bread. They range from $20-$35 on Amazon depending on the listing.

I have in the basket. I need a brisket knife and I am kinda practical. Seems reasonably priced. Thanks.

All are tied for best. Nothing under $35. MY go-to accessories cost. Flame Boss 100, TP Smoke, TP MK4 probe, 3 Dahlstrong Gladiator knives are examples.
