    Insulated Food Bag - nice faux cambro

    I picked up this a couple months ago, and I'm really happy with it. The best is that it's big enough to hold a full size hotel pan, which makes it work great as a faux cambro for a brisket or other large hunk of meat.

    I like that one photo shows that pans are stackable, as well.

          So far I haven’t used it for transporting food, just for holding briskets. Here it is with a 6 inch full size hotel pan, so obviously lots of room. With the lid on the pan and the carrier zipped shut, a foil-wrapped brisket stayed hand-burning-hot for over 3 hours.
