Jerky Gun

I think I'm in the market for a jerky gun. Looking online I see a wide variety available with prices from 20$ to over 100$. What features and such should I consider before making a decision?

I kinda like this one because it's all metal. Some of the plastic ones are kind of off turning to me...

I just bought the LEM Jerky Cannon yesterday from a guy on Craigs List for $20.00. used one time so the claim goes. But to look at it and see that very little if any of the seasoning packets had been used I tend to think it was true. Yet to use it myself but that will change once I find myself in ownership of a nice meat grinder.
