Hi. I am looking for a recommendation on non-coated stainless steel skewers - just plain stainless without any non-stick or other coating. Preferably flat. Thanks in advance for any help.

I like these because they're long, flat and wide, with large ends which make it easier to flip them. The wide and flat blade keeps food from spinning around on them.
Also, the "guard" at the handle end slides down the blade, so you can push the food off the skewer.

Perry Farrell I belong to the Grill Beast group on FB. They sell bbq gloves, skewers, thermometers, injectors along with some other things. They just got informed by Amazon that they have too much inventory and are going to bill them lots of money or make them pay to have the merchandise returned the Grill Beast. So, they are having a sale on skewers and their thermometer. Six high quality SS skewers for $11.97 (almost a %40 off) and the thermometer for $14.97 (%50 off). They have a very good SS injector but it is not part of the sale. I have 2 sets of the skewers and they are very good. I also have their injector.
