      Very interestin! I had seen/heard of griddled popcorn, previous, but this gave some techniques, an tricks, to further clarify th process.

        I've been eyeballing this for some time now. I'm thinking it's just sugar and salt with the corn and oil. May have to experiment today-

          I'd guess light brown sugar. I might have to break out the old griddle. Been a loooong time since we've used it. Cant even remember the brand name.

          I'm guessin Cheef is barkin up th right tree,...seems a lil brown sugar might facilitate that, though not un-doable, without...btw allsid, yer book is th most recent I've previous seen griddled popcorn, Good Sir.
          Was livin through my Kindle, then, Whammo!: My paperback copy arrived, jus yesterday!
