    Camp Chef Serpa Camp Table

I bought this awhile ago and just got around to assembling it today. I need portability in all my cooking gear as I take my show on the road quite often. It's a nice little set up. It has 4 separate canvas drawers or bins if you will inside. The blue bin is lined and water proof so you can put ice in it for a cooler or water to rinse a few dishes or clean up. They are all a different color. Spices could go in one color, serving utensils in another therms etc. in another etc.

The top comes off and rolls up and goes in a pouch in the back. It's sturdy enough to put a small camp stove on top.

The hooks on top are not part of the table they actually are my ratchet straps hanging on my shelf.

      Great write up!!

Can't imagine taking my crap on the road.

I do good to leave the house with a faux cambro and a real Cambro.

I do several on site cooks every summer. Depending on the location and what's being cooked sometimes we pack up the motor home and pull the smoker behind it and stay on site over night. I have done several weddings that were on private country property this way and we always meet a lot of great new people and have a blast.

It's a lot of work transporting so much stuff and making sure you're not forgetting anything. So i like things that breakdown for portability like this table.

No doubt. I'd forget so much stuff I'd have to spend as much time shopping as cooking.
