The pictured towel dispenser has become one of my favorite accessories. It wasn't terribly expensive - about $12 and $40 for a case of 8 rolls of towels. I bought the junior capacity, but they also make full capacity version. Very easy to pull towel(s) out with one hand. It seems to be tight enough where spiders won't make it their home - time will tell. Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I use one of those magnetic paper towel holders. It's stuck to the side of the fridge by my food prep area in the garage. When I do off site cooking it comes with me and it gets stuck to the side of the smoker. I always look for portability in things because I cook in so many different places. I do like that dispenser though.
