At that price it hides easily in a kitchen remodel. Those are expensive projects. Nice looking little unit.

This is easy: Get a bottle of Ambien. Open it and throw the pills away. Leave the open (empty) bottle on her nightstand. Tell her she ordered the steak locker online while suffering from Ambien-induced sleep walking. She won't remember either the Ambien or ordering online.
I can assure you that this will work because my wife actually tried Ambien a couple of times and would get up and cook herself some eggs in the middle of the night. To this day, she remembers nothing except that there were unexplained dirty dishes and a buttery nonstick skillet on the counter the next morning ...

2 reverse flow stick burners (I built)
Propane griddle
3 charcoal grills
pellet grill
Meat slicer, meat grinder, sausage stuffer
My beer fridge in the garage has worked well for me. I usually go 28 days with a whole ribeye or strip loin. Adds great flavor!

I'll be honest I've never dried aged a single thing. I can't plan that far ahead. Besides if I have any room in the beer fridge it means I need to go to the liquor store.!! So here's a question. Snake River Farms wet age's most thing you buy from them up to 28 days before they ship. At least that's what they claim. So if somethings wet aged first can you still dry age it? And would you want to?

I think the main thing here is that it is 'connected'. I guess the luddite and the Scot in me doesn't see the point. I can do the same thing with a mini fridge and manual control. BUT, if you're not the type to do things like this in garage fridges but prefer to have all your kitchen work IN the kitchen from a design standpoint, I certainly think the looks of this are appealing. It certainly looks nice.

There's a guy, won't mention is name but he was recently banned, has shown his face on another forum and actually built one of these out of a wine cooler. Bought some sort of PID controller on line and rigged it up along with some sort of humidifier. Very clever mad scientist type rig.
I guess I'll just stick with the Umami bags and my beer frig.....
