    I calibrated the Mav in boiling water. Although they didn't track the temp at the same speed, they eventually both stabalized at 212°F. My Thermaworks Fast-Mini instant read was giving me 211.4 so I guess I'm pretty good. Boiling at my altitude (500' above sea level) should be a tad over 211°.
