Any opinions about Kamikoto knives?

There is a coupon code floating around Facebook that gives 79% off this set of knives. The code works. It makes this knife set only $270. Just wondering if they are worth $1300 to begin with. I know that ultra high quality knives can fetch that much. Are these those kinds of knives?

If you are interested in Japanes knives, I suggest visiting Kitchen Knife Forum. But be forewarned that they are crazy over there. They buy knives like we buy BBQ gear.

They even have a form to fill out to help members recommend knives.
