I'm tired of nicking my fingers when trimming beef for jerky. Who has a good recommendation for a cut resistant glove? I use extremely sharp knives and the mere touch of the edge on human flesh results in blood leakage.

I was initially excited to get some cut proof gloves but....The reviews I read everywhere on most of these gloves are not representative.
I go to the 1s, 2s, and 3s as they seem to be more realistic.
I have heard that there are people paid to write glowing reviews for products to promote sales no concern otherwise.
My other gripe is that I wear an XL glove. Rarely does that mean XL is not just a one size fits all.
-apparently manufacturers have a standard size that is cheap to manufacture rather than one that is a quality fit for the buyer.
Anyone have , direct experience with no cut gloves, from a source that truly is vested in reputation of a quality working product?
I.e. a glove that is always a solid 5/5 in hundreds of reviews? Not tainted by non representative reviews as mentioned above.

If you want something truly cut resistant you need stainless mesh gloves. They are expensive, but I still use mine that were given to me by a meatpacker over 40 years ago.

Gloves arrived last Thursday and I used them today slicing up a beef tenderloin. They are a little tight in the fingers but hopefully will stretch some to make getting on easier. They have rubber on the palm and fingers so they are grippy but I think that's not necessary so far. I could pick up change with them on so not a lot of agility loss. Over all I'm pretty happy. Didn't cut myself but didn't think the tenderloin would be a challenge with that. Trimming fat off eye of round next week will be the big test cause I normally get a nick doing that.
