Stainless steel folding table.....anyone using one??
Looking at about $250 tops.
Thought I found one for 15% off, but with $118+ in shipping bringing it to $300+ I decided to pass.
I can get a folding side table on the LoneStar vertical smoker for a $250 add on, but I'd rather get something not attached to the smoker I can stick wherever I want it.
Amazon has some lower prices numbers with bad welds and what not.
I've used a stainless steel prep table. Wonderfully easy to keep clean. The only down side is the steel will suck heat out of pulled pork in no time. Never had a folding SS table though.
I won't be doing much post cook work on this one. I need one to put near the pits to prep and load meat. And yeah, you gotta love the thermal diffusivity of metal.
I may have to go prep without the folding. I think Cabela's has some nice ones.

I'm loving using BBQ to make friends and build connections.
I have #theRibList where I keep a list of new and old friends and whenever I'm cooking, I make 1 to 20 extra and share the joy.
I use these from webstaurantstore.com and they are great. You can get the 18 gauge, which I linked, or spring for more for thicker. You can get a backsplash on it, and all the sizes you want. This one is 24x36 for only $90, plus free shipping.

Webstaurantstore does not require you to be a business. You may be thinking of Restaurant Depot . . . not the same thing. I've ordered individual items from them on several occasions.
