A shout out to both companies for excellent customer service. I had a problem with my Anova and their customer service was right on the ball. Explained my issues, no not my personal issues, and they were more than willing to send me a new unit and a call tag to ship the defective one back. 2 thumbs up!!!
With my new FireBoard I couldn't connect to my wifi. So I called them. Got the answering machine. 10 minutes later I get a call back from Ted to help me out. Turns out there was some info in the unit and all it needed was to be cleared out and restarted. What impressed me was Ted was driving home from work and didn't want to wait until the next day. Now that's outstanding customer service. Great company.
