Nice. I have a old fridge that I put a temp controller on with a heating element in the bottom that I use as a cold smoker. Smoked some bacon and it did not get about 67 degrees while it was 85 outside.

A small tip because initially I was frustrated with it not staying lit or producing little to no smoke. I found out either on AR or from the manufacturer that the moisture content of the pellets was probably to high. Simple solution bake in a 200 degree oven for a couple of hours to dry. It has performed flawlessly since. When I get a fresh bag I dry the amount a coffee can will hold and seal them in one and replenish as needed. The cheeses I smoke, especially the smoked provolone are phenomenal. Enjoy it is a great asset to the arsenal!
