I got a themopop was about to throw the packet away (thought it was for moisture control) when I noticed how colorful it was?? LOL it was a small pack of jelly Beans!! made my day!! lol (and I was just about to take off a overnight cooked Brisket so I was already in a good mood lol!)Comment

You will like that silicone covered probe. Its my favorite. Do not accidently leave any of the probes in a raging hot kamado - I fried one. Lol.Comment

Purchased the waterproof probe to use with thinner cuts like Steak or chicken thighs. But also to use in my Beer Brewing process. I think it will work well in my Mash Tun.....Comment
