Poultry shears

Good morning, everyone. I want to spatch cock some chicken & turkeys and need your recommendations on a good quality shears, preferably the type that come apart for cleaning. I looked on amazon & found dozens; which do you guys like best? I'm not too concerned about the cost but don't want to over-spend from inexperience.

I would try the OXO good grips poultry shears.

I have the Shun and couldn't be happier, come apart for cleaning like your looking for.

Been using the OXO for years and they work real well, also come apart for cleaning.

I have used the OXO for a long time too. Great shears! I have some others too. My Wusthof's are pretty dang nice but not spring loaded. Always like the curved shape of the OXO.

I just use a sharp serrated bread knife and never found a need for shears. But if I was going to purchase the OXO's look fantastic.

I use Fiskar kitchen shears they work great and come apart but most of the time I just use a good sharp knife.
