    Craigslist find!

I've wanted to do pizza on the kettle for a while and my MCS was pushing me towards a Pizzq Que. Well yesterday I was looking at Craigslist and low and behold, a there was a new in box, never used Pizza Que for $30. I picked it up today and it looks like the box was only opened once before I looked in it to make sure the stone wasn't cracked. Pizza on the grill tonight!

I got the PizzaQue put together and taken for a test cook yesterday.

I was pleased to see it really was brand new in the box.

It goes together easily with just a screwdriver and wrench.

The charcoal fence is flimsy but I don't think it needs to be very strong, it just keeps charcoal from being directly under the stone.

Loaded up a fully lit chimney of Kingsford Competition and topped that off with another full load of unlit and let it heat up.

Threw on some hickory chunks to get the flame rolling.

Made a pizza with some store bought dough I had, it turned out pretty good, and very tasty.

Over all very easy to put together and fun to use. Does a great job of cooking for 30 minutes at 750F, it stayed plenty hot for a couple hours after the pizzas where done. Next time I'm going to put a digital through the lid vent to get a dome temp and see how accurate the provided thermometer is. I look forward to lots of pizza fun with this.

It will fit 18" and 22" Weber kettles so t will depend on the size of your drum.

It is going to be great to be able to do this all summer without heating up the house.
