That is so so so cool! I have a cheap deli slicer. It is going to change your idea of leftovers forever! I use mine for everything. Smoke a turkey breast. when done with the turkey you have the best cold cuts every. Go back to your pastrami and cut some razor thin. Put it in a SV bag and reheat that way. Unbelievable. Watch your fingers. I find it easiest to use my hands to guide the meat but learned a long time ago not to let the fingers get too close to the blade.

Cookers:
Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe. SPOG.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
Very very nice slicer! I've been wanting to get a slicer but all my purchases over the past several months occupy all my storage. Maybe I need to organize a bit and see what shelf space I can free up.

Very nice! What a great gift. Eventually I will get a slicer, but I have no space for it at this point.
Something that goes really well with that slicer is your VacMaster. These bags are great for whatever you're going to slice:
https://www.vacmasterfresh.com/bags-...ouches/zipper/
The zippered end is sealed, and you add the goodies to the open end and vacuum seal it up. When you finally open it, you have a resealable bag until you use up what's in it.
Show us some pictures of what you churn out with that puppy.
