This is what I use for my grills, fire pit, and bond fires. It is a garden dust applicator. It provides plenty of air. I have been using mine for about ten years with no issues.

Lowjiber ... trust me, it's a no brainer, forehead slapping accessory. It is a great time saver!!!
You can go from a 225° low and slow cook to 800° in less than 2 minutes.
You can go from a fresh lightup to 225° in under 5 minutes.
I use it frequently on both my BGE & my Weber kettle and SnS.
I consider it a MUST HAVE accessory for both cookers.
I use changeable batteries and that's fine for me. You rarely run the fan more than 1 or 2 minutes at a time.Comment

Thanks for the insight Breadhead. I can definitely see the benefits. I was just a bit disappointed at some of the quality issues I discovered.
I'm sure I'll enjoy having it. Besides, I only paid $30 for it.
