The best new tool I've found in years

I roasted a chicken indoors in my convection oven this winter and was really impressed with the potato chip crisp skin from the airflow. So I bought a $40 gadget on Amazon and tried it on my gas grill. It works INCREDIBLY well on chicken and even on pizza to get hot air across the top. I wanted to tell everyone about it but Amazon says it is being discontinued. I contacted the manufacturer and there are only about 30 left. So I share it with Pitmaster Club members. GET THEM! Go to http://tinyurl.com/AmazingRibs and search for TurboQue

It is a heat resistant fan on a metal shaft and it sits in the slot for rotisseries so there must be a slot (look at the picture on Amazon). The Hasty Bake has a hole, so it will not work. I think most gassers have slots.

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy
