Santa came through today with the drip pan / griddle and grill grates for the SNS from Adrenaline Barbecue. Heed the warning about the special curve cut on the grill grates - they really are razor sharp. Yes of course I had to see how sharp... duh.

cgrover60, You must have really been Good! I think you are going to love your Drip 'n Griddle, I do! I keep a Drip Pan on it so it doen't get dirty, it's so "Purdy" I don't want it Gunked Up! I don't have a Grill Grate but hear nothing but Good About Them!

I have a Charbroil gas grill, Big Easy, Large gas smoker and small electric smoker, GMG Davy Crockett pellet grill. I also have a 160L Cabelas dehydrator which I use for beef jerky.
Are the grill grates for SnS designed to go over the sear portion, or over the slow portion? Or perhaps either side?
You'll love the drip tray/griddle. I cooked two meatloaves last week and they had quite a bit of dripping. Was very easy to pop out the drip tray, scrape off the gunk, and give it a quick wash to make it ready for next use.
