    Meat Fridge

    So I have a mini fridge that I keep my cryovaced meat in (I've read that lots of pit masters wet-age their meat for 30 to 60 days before cooking.) I dont do that on purpose but with only two of us it takes a while to go through the meat I smoke. I'm betting a lot of you freeze your bounty but I haven't got a stand alone freezer yet. So the mini meat fridge! its full!! probably the only time it will be so gotta show it off lol so if you feel like it show me your meat fridge!! Click image for larger version

      GadjetGriller, Have You ever turned the Temp all the Way Down? I have one and it will drop to below Freezing?

        Funny you mention that @Danjohnston9 at the moment I'm using my original Min fridge (about 1/3 the size of the meat fridge) as a freezer. didn't want to it just started freezing no mater the dial setting so instead of getting rid of it I now use it as a Aux Freezer.

      LOVE the Meat Fridge!!!

      I recommend we all put one of these in there, just in case something changes in the fridge, we know about it. The meat in there is worth more than the fridge. This one is in the Glycol, so it is slow to change temps, lets you read it accruately even if the door has been open for several seconds.
