Hey People...Who has a cook trailer? Who makes a good one? Im gonna pull the trigger on a small gooseneck cook trailer and I want to get some feedback on mfgrs and who makes a good one and who makes a bad one. What do you like about yours, what don't you like. Advice. I need all of it. Mounting a Lang on it or at least that's the plan. All feedback welcome. Thank you in advance.

I know Yoder, Lang and Jambo make awesome cookers. Many of them custom rigs. There are others out there, but these three are the ones I know the best.Comment

I had a Haulmark 7x16 v-nose tow-behind with a heavy duty ramp. I'd get to a contest, level out, position the ramp and roll the cookers out. Put the canopy up and I was ready to cook. I did have screen sides to meet health department rules when catering. Competition I didn't need them.
If you're setting up a porch-type cooking situation, you need to make sure that your trailer will balance with a cooker's weight on the back. You don't want the trailer to break because of heavy load on the tail!Comment
