A kind of accessory...

I've been researching portable/temporary screen rooms to setup in the backyard as an outdoor dining room when we move (I'm a magnet for things that bite). We're renting for a couple of years so I can't/don't want to invest in a permanent structure.

Looking though the myriad of options out there, under $200 and it seems to be very hit or miss in terms or quality and/or availability, and over $200 it seems like the LL Bean Woodlands screen room is the best of the pick because it gets solid reviews and is backed by their lifetime guarantee.

Anybody got any personal experience with these? It's going to be setup in situ for months at a time, so portability really isn't the biggest consideration...

I have a 10x10 Coleman instant screen room. I like it, it sets up in a minute or less. I use it for camping. For a table and multiple people I'd opt for a bigger one, since the sloped sides cut down on headroom. They make a 15x13 that would probably be more sizeable for an outdoor dining area. The instant setup is so nice! That's the limit of my experience.

Thanks. The larger version seems to get good reviews, but what's your experience with it in less than clement weather? I would want to set it up in New Hampshire May and leave it up through mid-October...

I read a 'horror' story about Coleman's warranty, a guy who ordered one of their shelters direct from Coleman, pole broken in the box, no return returns policy and a warranty process that requires photos, warranty claim numbers etc...
