The attached photo is the haul from my Secret Santa this last time. They’re all great items that I use all the time. But this post is to highlight the Cuisinart prep and serving trays. These things the bomb. I have used them for every outdoor cook since I received them.
They are two trays, one red, one black, that stack one on top of the other. You use the red on top of the stack first for the raw food to prep, season, whatever, and to transport out to the grill or other cooker. The black is right underneath it.
And once you have placed to food on the cooker, you switch places of the trays. Black now on top and ready to take the finished food off and carry inside for serving. So simple, yet genius. Clean trays for each direction. When dinner is done, they go in the dishwasher, and are bottom rack safe.
