Need a secret santa gift idea for a baker

I drew the other cook in the office. However, she has a side business making baked sweets to include exquisitely decorated custom cakes and such so I'm sure she has quite the arsenal of tools/toys at home. Price range is supposed to be 35 bucks or something, but I'm fine with going over.

So bakers, what's a gadget a serious baker might not already have? To clarify she mainly does cakes.

Worst case I'll get her a bunch of dyes or something not even cooking related, but I'd prefer it to be a non-consumable gift that might make her side gig easier or more enjoyable.

    A scoring device?

Our eyes are drawn to beautiful loaves of bread with their dramatic “ear” from across the surface or intricate pattern on top. But aesthetics aside, there’s also an important purpose to cutting — or scoring — bread dough before it’s baked.

I don't think she does bread so much as cakes and sruff

You can never have too many silicone baking mats, the bread lame above is also a great gift idea.

They probably have lots of stuff, but when I was baking more, I could never have enough of:

Miniatures: tartlet pans, mini cake pans, etc.
        Disposable piping bags, piping tips.
        Parchment paper.
        King Arthur Gift Card.

My thought exactly. It may be impracticable find a unicorn item and getting items that are always in need is a solid bet.

The dash wasn't on my radar, but a ThermoPop was for sure

She may already have one, but a good kitchen scale really helps with baking.

Most (good) bakers should already have a kitchen scale. Not too many will have something that can accurately measure sub-gram amounts, though:

… which you find yourself needing more often than you’d expect.

MBMorgan steered me in the right direction, when I went to research the Thermoworks Dash I ended up remembering I had a coupon AND they still have cyber Monday deals... Thermopen One with Boot AND a meat temp guide shipped for less than 90 bucks!

I really wanted something cooking related and I know she doesn't have a good thermo! The other ideas were great too, thank you all.
