The recommended grill cleaner is: Dawn Grill Barbeque Cleaner but I can't find it. but I have found: Spray Nine 15650 Barbeque Grill Cleaner. It seems to work well enough. What do all use? Thanks in advance.
Dave
Cookers:
Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.
Lump charcoal, Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber/other lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimney.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow, Holy Gospel, and others.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe. SPOG.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
Same as what Jerod Broussard said, plus some old rags to wipe down when done.
Edit to add: This is what I do for the cooking grids in my Kettles and Egg. For my kettle "bowl" I use a flexible putty knife to scrape off any buildup. For my Egg no chemicals ever - just a burn-off and maybe a ball of aluminum foil is all I need. Darchie03 What type of grill are you cleaning?

I'm a bit obsessive about keeping the grill insides clean. I cook on the gasser at least 3 times a week and it gets mighty black and greasy inside. I know a lot of folks say the black inside is better for cooking, but a shiny Stainless Steel surface inside just make me happy! LOL
Auto-Chlor System Grill & Oven Kleen is a highly effective, ready to use food service grade degreaser for the removal of oils and carbonized grease.
There was a guy around here called the BBQ Doctor, who did a lot of warranty work for the high end grill manufactures. He could make a completely blacked grill, one that looked ready for the recycle bucket, look brand spankin' new with this stuff.
