Marketing 101, first create a problem, then sell a solution. Ribs with a butter knife and paper towel are no problem. If you are environmentally worried about paper towels those pliers they skin catfish with will work too. They can be had for as little as $4.00.

I bet in a commercial setting, this would be great. If I had to do a ton of ribs every single day, I would be on board with this for sure.
For now, paper towel works fine, but if I had this thing, I would use it. it's a cool looking gadget. And who doesn't love a new gadget to go along with their hobby?Comment
