I use oil misters a fair amount. Very handy when you want to get a thin coat of oil on something without getting your hands in it.
Sadly, I haven't had much better reliability than anyone else who has replied. I expect to get about 6-8 months out
of each one, and have been through a number of them. I'm currently using a "Misto" brand, but can't say it is any better
or worse than others. Fortunately, they're inexpensive enough that I don't mind replacing them often.

Darchie03 I have used on, but they clog a lot. Currently I am using a Steve Raichlen spray bottle which worked pretty well, but it is a spray bottle and not a mister. I am currently using peanut oil min it - no clogs yet.
One thing that can help with the clogging is to spray with the container upside down until no oil comes out. That keeps the line open and slows down clogging.
I have used a Pampered Chef olive oil spray for years. Haven't had it go bad yet. It's a manual pump, but it's not a pain at all. In fact, I used it today!
We have one but Todate has never had oil in it? I think it qualifies as another of My "Bright Ideas" according to Eunice?

I have a plastic bottle labeled "oil-o pump" and made by Gemco Ware, Inc. Have had it for years and it just keeps on going. Tried to find on Google but didn't get any hits so don't know if they still sell it. It has worked for me.
